We are hopeful and passionate about pushing the boundaries of this research for the miniaturization of medical microrobots for future applications in clinics. Our ultimate aim is to overcome the challenges, which remain plenty. For example, we must develop strategies to navigate and control these microrobots inside the host body with high precision, taking body fluid flows and viscous and fibrous microenvironments in tissues into account.
