You will be the managing Radiologist who leads a small team of clinical healthcare professionals and admin staff through effective communication. You will need to engage with the referrers, and discuss patient clinical findings. Support all staff (admin and clinical) to deliver high-level patient care by complying with clinical policies and protocols driving excellence in patient and service care. The position is for a FRANZCR/APHRA general radiologist reporting CT, MRI, Ultrasound, and X-Ray as part of a team, with experience across the full range of diagnostic imaging and nuclear medicine. Applicants must be able to perform a full range of imaging services, women’s imaging, MSK injections, and biopsy procedures. MRI expertise / cardiac imaging or dual nuclear medicine qualification would be highly valued but not essential. PET would be an advantage.
