Radiologists score well in patient experience survey study at Brigham & Women’s hospital

CT, Healthcare Excellence, magnetic resonance imaging, medical surverys, medical survey, MRI, patient experience survey, Radiologists, Radiology, radiology survery, Technology

Source: Patient surveys are regularly conducted so healthcare organisations can gain a better understanding of how they are performing in the eyes of their customers. Results are used to improve care by identifying issues in the patient care process. Radiologists are not always included in these types of surveys because they aren’t usually working directly with the patient during visits. This study shows radiologists involved in direct patient care are leaving favorable impressions at Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
