The ideal candidate must have at least 5 to 10 years of experience as a department chief, and must have managed their own department in one of the following countries: South Africa, United Kingdom, Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the Middle East. Excellent communication and customer liaison skills are a must, and an above-average command of the English language is essential.
