I write on behalf of the ExCom to keep you up to date with planning for the 2021 Congress. It remains our fervent wish that we can have a face to face meeting this year. I think all would agree that, at this time, it is too early to be optimistic about being able to meet in June. The Congress Center is Crakow have agreed to keep our reservation open without a penalty until the end of March, consequently, we will review the situation in mid-March and come to a decision.

If we feel we cannot proceed with a face to face meeting in June, we will consider our second favoured option which is to plan a face to face meeting from the 26th- 28th August. Although this is not our traditional meeting time, we feel the possibility of being able to meet face to face after such a terrible year overcomes some of the disadvantages of meeting at this time

Finally, if it transpires that we are still unable to meet together at the end of August, we will hold a virtual meeting. In support of these plans, we are making some final adjustments to the program so that it is adaptable to both the face to face and virtual plans.
